Arrival in Cesi, a charming village perched on the mountains surrounding the city of Terni, overlooking it with breathtaking views. Free visit of the village of Cesi, an ancient medieval castle located on the slopes of the Martani Mountains. Walking through alleys, small squares and ancient walls, you will discover panoramic views and traces of the village’s long history. Cesi is home to several churches, including the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, with a beautiful wooden choir and various precious paintings.
On request and with a supplement, it will be possible to take a walk through the village streets accompanied by a local resident, who will illustrate the history and beauty of the village.
At the end of the visit, entrance to the tourist section of Grotta Eolia, a fascinating natural cave that extends beneath the mountain. The route winds through evocative environments and distinctive geological formations; in some sections it is necessary to proceed with your upper body bent or to crouch down to pass through, without however having to crawl on the ground. An engaging experience that allows you to discover a fascinating underground world in the heart of the village of Cesi.

Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to Carsulae, an important Roman archaeological area surrounded by greenery and crossed by the ancient Via Flaminia. Free visit of the site. A guided tour is available at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking.
At the end of the visit, transfer to San Gemini for a free visit of the medieval village, where time seems to have stood still. In the afternoon, free visit of the Marmore Falls.
